I was a little angry when I gave my waitress a $10 tip in cash and then asked for my bill that they tried to add almost $8 to my bill for another tip. I made her give me my cash back and they wanted me to add 5 percent more to the credit card. I simply told them that she would have made more by not adding it to my bill especially because I gave.her a tip before i ever got my bill. But they chose to do it that way so she can take the lesser amount instead. Wasn't very happy about that. Would have been fine if I had NOT already tipped her. So watch your bills and check for an added tip if you're paying by credit card.

Been going here for years and EVEYONE I take her loves it. It's not authentic but delicious anyways. The mini chimichangas are AMAZING!

I've been coming here for at least 10 years now. They always have great food for a good price. The portions are fairly large as well, so you definitely get enough to eat and a lot of times to take home some left overs. I personally never had a bad experience here, service is good as well. Also I've never seen this place empty or slow, which proves again that it's a good place to eat at.

Food is good Mexican food...I had the chicken tacos.. only down fall was I ordered hard tacos...but by the time you get them. They are soggie and fallen apart turning in to a chicken taco salad..

We came to Senor Ric's for our very first time this weekend. We are from Wyoming. We came to visit and my fiance's grandparents reccomend we come here and I'm glad we did! The food was phenomenal! The green chili was awesome, it tasted homemade! Better than any other restaurants green chili I've had. The service was amazing, we met the owners and they were great! Just an all around good atmosphere and a great experience! We can't wait to come back and bring the rest of our family.

OMG! Ordered the #9 enchilada taco plate. It came out on 2 different plates! Enough food for a family almost. Excellent value good food. picky eater 1st time at Senior Ric's.

Always great service here. Fried ice cream is so good. Ideal to share with friends. We just had queso and chips and guac and chips. Shared it all and so yummy!

This is my favorite restaurant. From wings, nachos to fajitas you can't fail. You wont find a better chili relleno anywhere. The fajita steak is soooooo good... comes out smelling amazing and tastes just like it. Service is awesome. Prices are really good in comparison to the amount of food you get. I've been going here for 20+ years and it's still my favorite.

Have been coming here for about 15 years. Have always had good food and good service. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion. If you like a little of everything, I recommend "Ric's Platter". You won't be disappointed!

I love Senor Ric's! It's definitely an Aurora classic. I grew up going there with my dad and still go there on my own. Good, local, homemade food!

The chip and salsa I snagged from a stranger's table was great!!! (Unexpectedly pranked my roommate while out on a date) not a real stranger but everyone thought so!...

My sons and I got food poison from here on Saturday night. They gave my husband beef instead of chicken and extra onions when he asked for no onions. We wont be eating here ever again. Not worth getting sick over. Plus food didn't taste that good.

Truly excellent food with the friendliest service! I was super impressed for the price. The green chili is delicious and so is the grilled fish which was a pleasant surprise. Tamales were also good. Margaritas are 2 for 1 9-11pm as well if you are out late night.

Loved the food, the cost, the atmosphere, the waitstaff and the chips/salsa! This was our first visit and we were not disappointed.

This is an Aurora landmark in my eyes. This establishment has been around since i was a child . I love going during happy hour , and I appreciate the chips /salsa bar

Family favorite place for YEARS, just finally getting around to doing a review. Family friendly, but adult friendly as well with a great lounge open slightly later than the restaurant itself. Authentic Mexican food with an authentic atmosphere experience, truly the best of the best that we have found in Colorado. Staff has never let us down, and the experience is ALWAYS good. We've probably been 30 or 40 times total in the last 8 years and it continues to stay at the top of our list. Thanks to all who make this wonderful place possible!

Pretty tasty food. My wife got the Mexican pizza, and I ordered the chicken burrito smothered in cheese and red sauce. The burrito was great. Definitely something I'd order again. It's not fancy, nor is it one of those hole in the wall mom & pop shops. It's just good food. Our server was fantastic, too

Sat and cried my eyes out after the loss of my oldest son. Everyone was so caring and didn't chase me out! My meal was so very good! And so was all the staff!!

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area (maybe our favorite overall). We have been dining at Señor Ric's for years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend the polo magnifico--my personal favorite.

Very good quality at a reasonable price. Our service was extraordinary thanks to our server Oswaldo, the food came so quick it astounded us, and the atmosphere is so very comfortable.

We ate here for my husband's birthday. They had our table all ready for our reservation. They brought plenty of chips and salsa. The food was amazing. Our waiter was very attentive. The only thing I would suggest is to get a bigger sign that stands out more. We drove past it twice.

I tried calling for over 1.5 hours to place an order to pick up. Left a message and never heard back!! Their web site said are open until 8 pm. I got there at 7:45pm knowing they closed at 8pm. They said they were closed!! This is not how to treat someone when you want business. I will never go back!!!

Great food. Just loved their Mexican Hamburger. Happy hour really cool. Chips and salsa along with bean dip in the bar area was an added pleasure. Happy hour drinks are two for one which is nice. Great place for your friends to meet and have fun. Menu is huge. Have fun.

I hate giving bad reviews but this place should be on Gordon Ramsey’s 24 hours to Hell and back 😩 the chips and salsa were subpar. The frozen margaritas were watered down and tasted pretty gross. From there the food was subpar. I ordered enchiladas and there was a weird flavor and the plate had baked on food. My Dads flauta was torched and the waiter didn’t remember our soup. The waiter brought the wrong chimichanga and brought a new one in less than 2 minutes which means nothing is fresh. I was very scared to eat here. Nothing tasted or looked fresh. The space is large but it doesn’t look maintained. I would not recommend this restaurant, I don’t think you’ll enjoy anything served 😖

I've eaten here twice this week.. The first time was for my brother's birthday. He has special needs, and was treated royally. Today I was there with my mom and two of her friends. We had a wonderful time, and two of us took home food. :)

Male owner/manager acts like he's doing you a favor. He has a bad attitude, like you spending money here is a honor. Poor service Mr. Manager!!

So so food Salsa is similar to average mild pecante sauce from a jar. Not bad but probably won't go back.

We have loved this place for a long time. Highly recommend!!! Great food at a good price, BUT the best part is the atmosphere. The couple that runs it is highly involved and visible and it is so clear that everyone enjoys working there -- it reflects all the way down. Family fave!!

At 9pm Senor Ric's has a happy hour two-for-one drinks and chips and salsa. It's a real nice treat for late night. Staff is always very friendly and the drinks are always good. The food is fabulous.

Enjoyed a pleasant meal with friends! Crispy chili rellenos were delicious. Staff is very friendly and attentive.
